I used this for the first time yesterday and feel good and sore today. I have a membership at the Y but this is great for days when I cant make it over there. I agree with all the other reviews saying that its a great overall ab workout. That said Id like to suggest some tweaks that would make it even better: ~ For some the exercises I need a few seconds to change position. The app doesnt allow time for that, so I miss a few reps on the exercise before its time to move on to the next one. Itd be nice if it pauses before the next one and you have to press "go" to move ahead. OR I can see memorizing what the next move is, but I still need a second or two to get to the next position, so if there were at least a little gap to allow time for that. ~ I agree with another review that it could be useful to hear the reps being counted off, so I dont have to look at the screen. Actually, Id like that as an OPTION, that I can turn on or off, so I can go at my own pace if desired. Anyway, great app. Thanks to the developers for helping us get/stay healthy.
This is a prett good exercise. As a larger women it is hard for me to do most of these, but the day after I did the workout I was sore... So it is very effective in my book.
I use this app everyday! Variety of exercises, you can choose the time you want to exercise, you see a video showing you how to do it… I cant find anything wrong about it :) Cant wait to show my six-pack!
If your a stay at home mom or not this exercise is for the everyday woman. #Love It
I tried this on a whim as an effort to get my core together.. was I feeling it?? YESSS!!! If you dont feel the burn then youre not doing it right! You feel the burn a lot better if you go at the pace the instructor is going..
This app is so good! It works all your abdominals and obliques and all in ten minutes. It does such a good job of making you work. Those ten minute seem an enternity at first! Love it!
I do this for 5 minutes after my morning HIIT routine. Intense indeed! When (if) it gets easier for you. Just bump up the time limit. Great workout!!
I like this and will try everyday. I think I needed this app a lot.
i thought this app was really helpful and i will for sure keep using this app every time i workout! i actually felt sore in my abs the next day the workouts are well paced and I really feel like it will benefit me as i keep using it.
